Farrah was a clothing designer, but she went into hair because she found more passion in designing hair than clothing. Her dream was always to bring a small team together. When designing her salon, Farrah decided on individual suites because she wanted each room to be private for the benefit of the client.
A hair dresser is like a counselor for some people. Some clients come in and start talking to their hair dresser and just start crying and she likes that she can be that person for her clients. There are some things that did not like. 1. The lady was speaking for about 20 min with another customer in her language. I think that is rude to do that when you are with a customer. 2. A roach running on the floor. 3. Cheap products. My hair is difficult but if you use good products any hair stylish can work with it EASILY. This lady made me brush my own hair. I don't know what kind of hair stylish can not work with mid-length hair. 4. Keratin was not good. I have waited 2 weeks to see the results and have a strong opinion based on facts. A few months ago I decided I wanted to dye my hair and started the process of looking for a good hair colorist. Since I hadn't dyed my hair in over 5 yrs, I wanted someone with experience.
I came across John Torres (IG: JohnSalonDallas). I sent him a picture of my hair and what I was looking to achieve. First he asked how many times I've boxed colored my hair. None. Ive only ever gone to the salon. Even though he stopped responding, I followed him on IG to see his work to potentially schedule a consultation. Until I saw his story.
I can understand that not everybody is going to love

I never ever write reviews, however I have never in my life hated my hair this much.

I come in, sit in the chair, tell her and show her what i wanted done. Mind you that I have naturally blonde hair and it had taken me many many months to remove the red brown i have had previously on my hair... i tell her I wanted dimension, break up the blonde that is so boring and what not. I even showed her my darker hair saying I did NOT like it because of the harsh grow out against my blonde. She maybe spends 1 minute consultating with me before she starts mixing.

I recently visited Image by Farrah to get my hair colored and styled after reading many of the positive comments online. My stylist was Veronica and she was very personable, diligent, and excellent in all she did. Additionally, I met the owner Farrah who went above and beyond my expectations from the first time my fiancée contacted her through completion of my service. I am very happy with the personal service, attention to detail, and pricing. I highly recommend this salon and look forward to returning soon!

First thanx to Fabi on doing a great job on my hair. I was happy with my hair. I will recommend her she took good cate of my hair and on taking her time with my hair shows how great of a job and patience she has. Always checking how client is doing. Great service. I was excited to use my groupon for a haircut, deep conditioning, and blow dry with Veronica since I know a lot of stylists who are new to an area/just starting out use groupon to gain new clients. I was pretty disappointed that Veronica rushed through my haircut (I was in and out in 20 mins) and did not blow dry as advertised. She said it would cost extra to blow dry since my hair was longer than shoulder length, which was not advertised. It would have been worth her while to blow dry as advertised and earn my repeat business, but instead I just feel ripped off.

2. She then stated to leave the children while they went to get a cash loan! Apparently they've done that with another lady. Oh hell no!!

I had a haircut and color treatment done by Veronica back in August. I had heard about her from a groupon she posted that was a cut, blow dry, deep conditioning, and balayage for $120 which i thought was great. I called her and she told me not to purchase the groupon because she will just honor the price when i get there. My appointment was at 1pm and i waited 45 minutes because she overbooked. I recently purchased a Groupon here to find a new stylist in my area. Veronica was wonderful to say the least. She gave helpful hair care tips that no other stylist has ever told me before. One of which was pointing out my hidden, over-processed hair at the nape of my neck from the previous stylist, and how to care for it until it's gone. She gave me partial highlights, cut, and blow dry in under 2 hours and was professional and reasonably priced. Sold! Definitely coming back!

My wife just got her hair cut by Farrah for the first time. Farrah stayed after business hours to get her in, which my wife really appreciated since she is kinda last minute with weekend errands. My wife has long, thin hair and Farrah did a great job giving her hair more body and showing her how she can style it herself - and all for an affordable price. Thanks again, Farrah! I've been going to Farrah for 9 years now. She is the only hair stylist I trust. I have yet to find anyone that spends as much time perfecting the cut while still being affordable. I was really surprised to see a negative review for Farrah. I have been going to her salon for many years and I always have a wonderful experience. My color turns out beautiful every time and my cut is perfect. I get compliments all the time! And the best part is that she is inexpensive so I can afford to come to her every 5 weeks.

I've been a happy customer of Farrah for close to 10 years (and I recently moved to another part of the metroplex and unfortunately don't see her that much anymore). She's always made me look good (I usually get a haircut, and sometimes highlights), and she's helped figure out the hair style that works well for me.
Unlike a few other hairdressers I've been too, Farrah really listens and doesn't try to push her ideas on you. Also, she is very flexible, and it's always been easy to make an appointment that fits my schedule.

I love brazilian blowouts. If you have curly or slightly unruly hair and just want to style it straight and fast. .. do it. Not every stylist will do brazilian blowouts. . My usually lady was busy and needed one quick after a decision to donate my locks. I saw a sign and flee when when I was at yoga next door and thought I'd call. She got me in within a couple of days.
