I have been a disruptor ever since I was a little girl. I grew up in the Soviet Union and at that time the economy was really poor and my mom and I had to stand in long lines for food and household items. I remember entertaining the crowd of people waiting in line with us at just five years old. I wore a long skirt and played with a tambourine and as I danced my long hair was loose and floating.
Dr. Marina Kostina has helped countless men and women defeat alcohol addiction and is now offering this service through a specialized single session therapy known as AAHP. This treatment allows the participants to regain control over their addiction, enabling them to live the life they truly deserve.
If you think that you are "addicted" to smoking or that you have not enough will power to quit. Smoking cessation is one of my favorite sessions because in a matter of 1 session we break all your previous limiting beliefs about smoking, bring your cravings down to ZERO and send you off as a NON-SMOKER.
Many teenagers and adults also get in trouble on an every day basis because of the state of being high and acting in an inappropriate or dangerous manner. The process of cannabis smoking cessation is similar to that one of the cigarette smoking, 1 session and you got your life back! Smoking weed started as a fun activity with my friends, but then became a disaster when I got a DUI, and almost got kicked out of the school.
Hypnosis can help you understand unconscious obstacles that keep you from reaching your ideal weight, and change your relationship with food. Certainly, healthy diet and exercise are a must for success. Increased self-esteem and confidence through re-writing inner talk to encouraging, affirming language.

I highly recommend going to Dr.Marina for healing your body. She has been helping me heal my digestive system for over a year and there has been so much progress. I was initially very impressed by her questionnaire asking every little detail about my health through my entire life. I never felt so seen from all angles of my life growing up to figure out the root cause of my condition. She is always checking in on me and being so kind and considerate. And of course she knows the human body in so much depth I would trust her over any MD.

Dr. Marina is one of a kind! Immediately after meeting her she started telling me what needs to be worked on, she wasn't wasting a second in making the most out of the session. I found it informative, efficient, and effective. I felt the energy releases and the adjustments she was providing to my energy. She is kind and warm hearted as well. I saw her twice and it was lovely. She even did hypnosis on me and it was so effective that I don't even remember what we cleared. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in Chicago or visiting!
