Services
Screen printing is a process where ink is pushed through a screen that has been coated in a uv sensitive coating called emulsion, and burned to a specific design. Each different color of ink is printed through a different screen, requiring multiple screens to be used for multi-colored jobs.
All of the screens required for a certain job are aligned (registered) on a press, and ink is pushed through each screen, leaving your design imprinted on a garment, poster, etc.Our goal is to capture your vision. Choosing what ink types to use can completely change the look and feel of a garment. To help you along in the process, we offered some information on each ink type that we provide.

If you start out at the correct size, you will greatly reduce the risk of resolution issues. There is a good chance that we do not have the same type faces in our system as you do, and resizing images can ruin your effects. Rasterizing these layers will ensure that your image remains looking how it is suppose to look.
A. Our typical turnaround time is 10-14 business days + shipping time (if applicable). However, please keep in mind that this time starts AFTER your quote has been fully approved and paid, and we received all of the goods needed to produce your order. Sometimes orders take less time, and sometimes just a fuzz more, but we stay as true as we can to 10-14 business days.
