William Padove of Padove Appraisal completed a comprehensive and very efficiently executed appraisal for a home we are purchasing in Narberth. We hired him privately as no mortgage company is involved in this purchase. The report was very extensive with sensible and included very appropriate comps (both that had sold and that are currently on the market matched with respect to size and condition). The appraised value was less than 3% off of the agreed-upon purchase price, a value Mr. Padove did not know when performing the appraisal.
