In 1995, Jim Peters III and wife, Tiffany, purchased the dealership from his father, renaming it Peters Tractor & Equipment Company. As the market has changed, so has Peters Tractor & Equipment Company. We no longer cater exclusively to the custom hay baler.

Called for price and availability on a part, I get there and Dana had doubled the price with no mention of the price difference. When ask why the increase her excuse was she looked up the wrong part. I drove 35 miles to this dealer because the local dealer in Splendora did the exact same thing 2 days prior. Is this a Kubota tactic? I had to have the part but in the future I will purchase parts online if possible.

Took my scag there and I already knew the issue and even told them. The salesman was very nice but their pricing is horrible and you would have thought they would have aired up my tires so I could pick up my zero turn but nope. I expected more out of a local business in a small town. By the way, I ordered my own part and fixed the mower in less than 12 minutes.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible place to buy anything. Their salesman tried to sell me a tractor I didn’t want. When I asked for what I really wanted the price kept going up. When I called to get information about my credit application he hung up on me. I spoke to the owner and she gave me the information but never seemed upset that her salesman had hung up on me. They don’t care about people there as far as I can tell.

Had to have 2 cylinders repaired , understandable if you get the wrong parts but if you say “hey we got the new seals next day aired in and will be ready Saturday at 10am have it ready don’t change your tune when you customer calls and say it’s going to be Monday. “Iwill I never buy anything from them again I’ll spread the word don’t trust anything they say unless it’s in writing !
