Rooftop installed a big ground mount solar unit for us. They used their magic box to determine ideal angles and location. Installation was completed last year and I haven't had any issues with it, but have been saving a bundle of $$ by replacing propane and gas (car) by switching cars and appliances to electric.

From the beginning to the end of our quest for cleaner energy this company has been communicative, thorough and most of all did all they said they would. I would recommend solar from this company to any of my friends or anyone asking about solar companies. As we learned the hard way NOT all solar companies are alike.

Rooftop Solar was awesome to work with and really professional! They had great communication and the entire process was seamless. Michelle as well as the entire office staff were great with coordination and keeping me updated on the entire process. Also the price was unmatched by any of the other solar companies that came and gave us quotes! One of the other companies actually straight told me he couldn't even compete with that price, shook my hand, and left! Made me feel even more comfortable! Overall great experience.

Rooftop Solar is a great company. They are upfront and honest. They educate, not sell so you can decide whats best for you (not pushy). They give you choices of products and even have a 30 year warranty that covers you if the solar manufacturer goes out of business. They have a special loan that doesn't add on dealer fees. You get, 1 project Manager to help you through the entire process. The entire staff is super nice and professional. They also don't work with annoying marketing sales. I would recommend them to anyone.

Out of the 5 companies we met with, Rooftop Solar-specifically Michelle Davis and Vanessa Nefflen- were exceptional. Vanessa never tried to pressure me, never talked Ill of other companies, she was extremely knowledgeable of all the components and were able to confidently answer every single question I had. Small business that goes above and beyond to provide quality and fair solar systems. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. The process took about 4 months due to permits but Vanessa kept me in the loop as much as possible. I love our solar system and would absolutely use them

Our 11 solar panels were installed thru Rooftop Solar just a week ago, and we were connected and fully operational with SDG&E four days later! We obviously can't attest yet to durability of the equipment or longevity of the system, but the hardest part for us was just working through all of the quotes, determining what would meet our needs and budget, and being sure we were making the right decision for this investment. We had a one year anniversary recently since we had solar panels installed by Rooftop.
We did have a minor issue after installation with home builder's inspection, but Rooftop took care of it and we had no problem since then. Good customer service. Very happy with a sales rep, Michelle & a project manager, Vanessa, too.
We can recommend to anyone that Rooftop Solar is a great company to take care of your Solar energy needs.

Rooftop Solar was amazing and I'm so happy I went with them. I met with a couple other solar companies and got quotes, but they seemed pushy. That was not the case with Julian from Rooftop Solar. He really had my best interest at heart and spent time showing me the different options and costs associated with them. He was very upfront, answered all my questions, and there were no hidden surprises.
Once I decided Rooftop Solar was the best company for me, I worked with Kevin as the project manager and he was great. He kept me informed on everything that was happening and was always quick

I would not only HIGHLY recommend, but if needed, I would call upon Jason again to install solar at my home. To me not only is customer service an essential, but the level of that service. Jason, and his crew are extremely astute, professional, and knowledgeable in their craft. I had a panel go out, beyond the warranty period, and Jason not only sought to replace, but to upgrade with the most current industry standards; he wasn't obligated, but he did. Since my installation, I have had him as a contact in my phone, and quite honestly, I haven't needed to use it

Julian and Kevin have been very helpful throughout the process. I was happy to see a local Buisness that did not try to up-sale me like some of the other solar providers have tried to do.
Installation was a breeze and very speedy. I really enjoyed the fluidity of design, despite the lengthy hold of the city permitting we were able to see some significant savings once the system was online.
I really enjoyed the application to view performance from my phone and getting reports.

Rooftop Solar has the most upfront, honest and friendly people to work with. Talked to several other solar companies but Rooftop gave us a competitive quote and got a good feeling from them. Derek explained everything in detail but didn't make me feel pressured. They were referred by a neighbor who went solar, so we went with them and I'm glad I did. They did a professional job, happy with their work, and the fact that they're a local company is a plus. highly recommend.
