Services
Dynalloy Industries manufactures premium quality Dynarod Tungsten Carbide composite brazing rods. They are used in a variety of applications which involve milling and cutting, as well as wear resistance. Dynarod provides weld deposits consisting of layers of multi-faceted chips of Tungsten Carbide in a Nickel Silver, Nickel/Chrome/Boron, or Silicon Bronze matrix.
Dynalloy Industries offers a robust product line of welding, hardfacing and hardbanding wires. Each product has been specifically formulated to provide Wear Resistance, Corrosion Resistance, Toughness, or other specific characteristics.
Postalloy Tuffband NC is a high hardness hardbanding wire that may be used by itself for casing friendly hardband applications or used as a weld matrix with Tungsten Carbide (WC) when casing protection is not a factor.Postalloy Duraband NC is a 100% crack-free hardbanding wire that provides maximum protection of the tool joint and casing.

Dynalloy Industries produces a variety of tungsten carbide inserts for your downhole milling needs. Our grades are engineered to enhance your penetration rates, while the geometry increases the efficiency of material removal. Common applications include, junk mills, under reaming blades, casing exit tools, and thru-tubing mills.
Dynalloy Industries' Crushed Tungsten Carbide is screened to meet a variety of different specifications and sizing requirements. The most common use for crushed Tungsten Carbide is hardfacing applications on components such as mining teeth, hammer mill blades and tub grinder tips. Additional applications include components for grinding, shredding, sawing, gripping and mixing.
Hardbanding, as a method for protecting drill pipe tool joints from premature abrasive wear, has been in wide spread use since the late 1930's. Tungsten Carbide has traditionally been embedded into the overlay to further extend tool joint wear life. In open-hole conditions where casing wear is not a concern, Tungsten Carbide embedded in a tough, wear resistant matrix still provides the maximum wear resistance for tool joints.
