Premiere Auctions and Estate Sales is a licensed auction company conducting Las Vegas Auctions and Las Vegas Estate Sales in Nevada. Both methods accomplish the goal of selling personal property in Las Vegas, but as experienced Las Vegas Auctioneers, we know that sellers can generally receive the highest price by having an Estate Sale.
I specialize in personal property appraisals for home or business. I am a Certified Appraiser and USPAP Compliant, which is the difference between a professional appraiser and a novice. The purpose of an appraisal can vary. It may be as simple as to help an individual understand the value of an item they want to sell or to assist the court in determining the value of items that need to be liquidated for damages in a bankruptcy.

Susan Russell is an angel in our family forever! I had to put my mom in a nursing home and start the process of preparing her home for sale. Overwhelmed by a 2,800 sf home filled with 20 years of memories, collectibles and lots lots of STUFF! Researching both traditional estate sales companies and doing on our own we found estate sale companies were too busy for 2-3 months was not going to work. Doing on it on our own with a house that size is too hard to open up your house to the public and watch everyone that comes in all at the same time...impossible! Susan Russell came to my home October 28, 2020, proclaiming she would do a buyout. We tried several times to get her to give us a date. Finally, yesterday she sent a man from another company, who had no interest. We are on a deadline of 12/18, when escrow closes. We are scrambling to find a way to dispose of half a house full. We hired Susan to sell our property in Las Vegas and she was outstanding. I had to sell this while out of state, and she went above and beyond what a realtor would be expected to do in order to get this done swiftly and for more money than asking price. She is professional, prompt to answer calls and emails, and detail orientated. After learning the estate had chosen Susan for the appraisal and estate sale, I was relieved. Susan and her team were incredibly thorough with researching every item- even having some local jewelers try to scam on the value of items (busted, karma will find you). There were bronzes, sports memorabilia, jewelry, designer furniture, along with your standard household goods. Susan had contacts for all of these items allowing the process to go smoothly! I interviewed several other estate agents before selecting Susan. She is very professional, knowledgeable and organized. She charges a lower percentage than most, and was prepared to do all the research and advertising needed to make sure I would get top dollar for all my items. Unfortunately. I was unable to hire her due to scheduling conflicts. But she still referred people to me that were interested in buying some of my stuff, even though she got nothing out if it. I was very impressed and am recommending her to all my friends.
