Services
Originating in Orange County FL, Soaked and Co. is a small exterior cleaning company started by Shawn Planas in 2018. Shawn has worked in the industry for nearly a decade both as an employee and as a business owner. He sold his first exterior cleaning business in 2016. After living abroad for some time Shawn decided to return to the states and start a business doing what he does best.
Typically we have 2 techs on any given project. However, depending on the size of your project, we may have more techs arrive for your service. If you are short on time please let us know ahead and we will try to plan accordingly. We do provide a number of services to commercial properties, however we do not do general cleaning services such as trash pickup or floor waxing for the interior of businesses.
Soaked and Co. does more than just high pressure rinsing. We specialize in the restoration and improvement of both residential and commercial hardscape. That means your driveways, concrete and brick paths, pool decks and exterior walls will be cleaned not just rinsed. We provide soft washing and pressure washing for hard surfaces as well as painted surfaces such as soffits and fascia.
At Soaked and Co. we love clean glass. In fact window cleaning was our first love. We have cleaned windows in nearly every area of Metro Orlando. We have cleaned thousands of windows on storefronts including route work for a number of retail, restaurant and grocery store chains. We have cleaned windows in hundreds of homes both small and large throughout Central Florida.

Whether your roof is a few shades darker than it used to be or has has green areas or black streaks coming down it; we can help. We clean roofs of all sizes and conditions. We have extensive experience cleaning both tiled and asphalt shingled roofs.

We live in a high-rise condo in downtown Orlando that has floor to ceiling windows all around. Alex was our service person from Soaked and Co. and he did an excellent job in cleaning all the windows on the inside and as well as the windows outside on our balcony. Price was reasonable. We would definitely hire again.

Shawn is absolutely fantastic! He is responsible, professional, personable, and does stellar work! His prices are reasonable and we are thrilled with him and his work. I hired Soaked & Co. and Shawn came out to clean my outside windows on my house, pressure wash my driveway, sidewalks, pool decking and pavers. He did a great job and it all looks wonderful. I like that his company can do multiple jobs at once, like clean the windows and pressure washing all in the same appointment. He is the best priced company out there and was able to accommodate my schedule. He was easy to reach and sent reminders to me of my upcoming appointment. You can't go wrong with this company. I will be using them again. Great job!
