If you need to move your Olhausen pool table and you live in San Diego area send us a email or give us a call to schedule a time to have our factory trained technicians move your table. Contact us to help break your table down and move it to the new location and reinstall it. When we move your table the lifetime warranty will stay intact just like it was when you bought it new.
Like luxury cars, Olhausen pool tables will retain long-term value should they ever be sold. But many of them are never sold. They are bequeathed. We build our products from scratch with the mindset that they are the best in the world-bar none. That's not a boast. It's the truth. They play true and last just about forever.
When moving or servicing your table, you MUST use an Authorized Olhausen Dealer or Agent. Using a moving company or a non-Olhausen affiliated agent will result in your Lifetime Warranty being null and void. OLHAUSEN BILLIARD MANUFACTURING, INC. (Olhausen) warrants its billiard, pocket billiard (Pool) and snooker tables (Products) against defects in material or workmanship (excluding normal wear and tear).
All qualified interior designers, decorators, architects and real estate developers are eligible to join the Olhausen GameRooms Trade Program. Here you will obtain access to a broad range of game room products within a variety of styles with a significant Trade discount. There are no minimum requirements on any order.
Olhausen products are Made in America in our 250,000 sq ft manufacturing facility just outside Nashville, TN. Our highest-end group of nine tables features spec carvings, details and 'looks' designed to match your home's interior decor. Americana & Belmont 7ft & 8ft tables are identical except for their legs.

We bought a custom pool table from them and the first attempt was slightly off in shade then we requested. The installation team guys called the store for the mismatch and they built a new one. It wasn't like we had to explain about the color mismatch and believe me it was a subtle difference. They left the first one to play while new one is getting built which takes time. The quality of table is so good that I feel my game got better while playing on this table. IMO if you really want a good pool table this is the place. Very very happy with customer

I called Olhausen directly this morning after reviewing their table tennis tables. I talked to Brian, who was real helpful and knowledgeable about the tables. I decided on the model, and picked it up today ready to play. The accessories were also 20% off with purchase. I bought their outdoor version paddles, some indoor paddles and some new 3 star balls. Then Brian rolled the new table out to my truck and showed me how he loads his, the same way. Brian then helped me tie it down. I was very satisfied with my experience, and would recommend Olhausen

I met Brian and his father and they are the real deal! I remember this company being around when I was growing up, they are a local business that has been around for decades. After meeting them I see why. I’m looking for a spa and they are 1st on my my list for a purchase. I recommend Olhausen Gamerooms & Outdoors!

The staff was very friendly. No pressure to buy. However, I was looking for a cue, and they literally only had 7 American made cues in the entire store. The rest were all Chinese. They should invest in a wider cue selection. I don't think most people want to purchase their cues online, it's something most want to see and feel in person before they buy.

Ok. I brought my pool que in to have a new tip put on from a place that has been in business a long time thinking that they must have been doing something thing right. So I pick up my stick for the championship match that evening, of course a critical shot on the eight ball to win. The tip comes off. The miss que and a loss. Take your stuff some where else.
