Bright, prompt, personable. The best! Even my doctor reported back to me how impressed he has been with Med Tower Pharmacy and with their "service and attention to detail you just don't see anymore." My doctor prefers to use a family owned pharmacy so I started using Medical Tower. They care a lot at this place and if you have an issue with a medication they will make whatever phone calls they need to.

Med Synchronization, also called med sync, is a program we offer here at the pharmacy to help synchronize your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up ALL of your medications on a single day each month.

I am visiting Philadelphia for a few weeks to train for my job. I found this pharmacy near the Hyatt hotel. The staff is very friendly and super helpful.
I went in to purchase a SEPTA key card and loaded it with a few dollars so I can use public transportation.
The owner explained how it works and it easy to purchase and use right away.
Super clean and organized store.
They close at 6:00 pm. So much better than going to a chinstrap retailer.
Appreciate the friendly staff.

Best pharmacy! They don't treat you like a number. If there's an issue with getting a prescription filled, they call you personally (no automated calls), then they work with the insurance companies to resolve it quickly, sometimes even before I know there's a problem. When you go there to pick up, the pharmacists are polite, kind and treat you like a human being.

By far the best pharmacy I've used in Center City west. I'm so grateful to have tried this small, friendly, local pharmacy a few years ago and that I'm not stuck with the big chains. The main pharmacist, Dan, goes above and beyond to ensure I get the prescriptions I need, that I know the price and/or if insurance will cover it, and if he doesn't have something in stock, he will try to get it for me next day. I started out the pandemic ill, and throughout the entire year until I was vaccinated, Medical Tower delivered my prescriptions to me at home. It's nice to be able to go back in person though

My husband and I love this pharmacy. They are always extremely helpful with any questions we have about the drugs we take or the various ailments we have. Orders are filled promptly and it's a pleasure to deal with a local business that actually knows who you are rather than a big chain like CVS or RiteAide. We're happy we found them.
