Very positive experience. I called at 8:00 this morning to report our ac was broken and Rafael was at our house by 9 to fix it. Luckily the part was under warranty so didn’t cost us anything. Highly professional and knowledgeable.

City Air just replaced our very, very old furnace. From the estimate to the installation, we were pleased with all communication and the excellent pricing for a quality replacement. Axl and Jose were excellent with installation in a small space in an older home. We expect to continue working with City Air for upkeep and HVAC maintenance.

We were faced with having to replace a furnace that would work with an enlarged footprint when we build an addition later this year. Rafael, the owner, helped us figure out the most economical process, and made some great suggestions about relocating the system to provide better air flow to the addition. The technicians worked extremely hard. Pricing was competitive. Hopefully we won't need them again any time soon, but we will definitely work with them in the future.

We really couldn't say enough good things about City Air Experts. Rafael and his team have serviced us a few times over the past few years. His expertise go beyond the mechanical side (ie equipment) of HVAC systems. He is also extremely knowledgeable with the technical side, and the laws of physics pertaining to air handling and humidity management.
