With a deep love for the ancient healing arts of the eastern world and a fascination with western modalities and clinical sciences, Letha has created a deeply therapeutic yet profoundly relaxing bodywork style of her own since she started doing massage in 2013. Letha is very passionate about helping her clients identify the root cause of their chronic pain and postural imbalances.
When someone hears "barefoot massage, " they commonly revert back to old memories of walking on Dad's back as a kid. Are you brand new to the idea of barefoot ashiatsu, or is this your first massage EVER?! The classic session will be right up your alley.
A perfect introduction, this session includes all the deep tissue work your heart (and muscles!) desire, with little to no stretching: giving you the time and space to sink into your body and relax on a deeply desriable level.Let it be known that while this modality is ideal for deep tissue lovers, people who prefer a medium-firm pressure will enjoy the benefits of barefoot as well.

Over the past 6 years, Letha has studied a plethora of manual therapy techniques around the country in order to provide the most comprehensive thorough massage possible. Weaving specific, targeted techniques such as myofacsial release, trigger point, and active isolated stretching in with the fluid flowing strokes of Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage, Letha's Hands-On sessions are as effective as they are relaxing.
Take your massage to the next level of relaxation with perfectly heated basalt stones, and the additional magic of the Synergy Stone to your massage. The Synergy Stone is a smooth enamel coated heated tool that holds its heat for long periods of time. Its unique shape and design allow for a hot stone experience like none you have ever had!
Soulstice Healing Arts is located in a historic and beautiful orange Victorian home in the Montford Neighborhood in Asheville, North Carolina. To find the Soulstice Studio, walk up onto the porch of the house and pass the first office door you see. Round the corner to the right and you will see the entrance to Soulstice.

Letha has been life changing to my prenatal health and wellness. I started seeing her in my second trimester and have visited routinely since. I have never gotten routine massages before but the ones I have had in the past were not like this. She's very in tune with her practice and can pick up on tension in places where I couldn't consciously recognize. My pain and mental health has been much better this pregnancy as well and I think it very much attributed to routine visits with Letha. She is very respectful of my body and I have always felt very comfortable with her.

I have received many massages from Letha, and will continue to come back for more. Her demeanor is very welcoming and warm and I love the chlorophyll water and tea that is offered on arrival. I also love the essential oils she uses to begin the massage, really helps to ground you before any bodywork is performed. I find that she uses the perfect amount of pressure and if you’re in need of a little more, the Ashiatsu is really where it’s at! Overall 10/10 experience every time I go!

Letha's warm personality and tone of voice is very soothing and relaxing, and I highly reccomend her to anybody looking for a massage. I have seen her several times, and each experience is better than the last. She offers many different styles of massage, and caters to what your body needs that day! My personal favorite was the Ashiatsu and hot stones! I have been to many different massage therapists, but have never experienced anything quite like Letha! Truly a talented individual.
