Regular furnace inspections reduces the need for future repairs, improves energy efficiency, and decreases health risks to you and your family! Note, if you purchase 30 day filters, you should change the filer (you guessed it) every 30 days. A dirty filter can cause less air flow which means additional strain on your furnace and increased energy use to heat your home.
Setting it to 78 degrees when you're at home but try to let that number rise to a higher temperature at night or when you're not at home. Check that your furniture isn't obstructs your air conditioning vents because you could be cooling the bottom of your sofa. Colorado summers can get hot but that doesn't mean you can't stay cool.
We came home from vacation and our A/c was out. They were very honest on how long it would take for them to come out even with the record breaking heat. They called me the day before they were to come out and asked if they could come a day early. The part that was broken had two options, one of which was a little cheaper than the other.

One of their techs was speeding through a school and blew through a 4 way stop and almost T boned with my 10 month old son in the car. I called to report it and the woman who answered was very sympathetic and assured me something would be done. She acted like she knew the tech and this was a regular problem for him. They asked for my number for a follow up. However here it is days later and they have not provided me any information that anything has been done.

Whenever I need home repairs done I ask a family friend/realtor/former contractor for recommendations, and he sent me to Comech. Very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Our furnace needed a new part and the repairman (Ryan, who was very polite and punctual) called half the city trying to find it so he could repair it right away; he was very apologetic when he couldn't find the part and even lent us a couple of space heaters for the night -- that's excellent customer service. Came back the next day and fixed the furnace. I would recommend them to anyone!

COMECH installed air conditioning in our home this past summer and I was BEYOND pleased with their work and professionalisim. They offered a great price, showed up on time and finished the work same day! Even running into an unforseen issue, they made the appropriate adjustment to make sure our A/C ran the best possible for our home. I would certainly recommend them for any HVAC need!

I used CoMech for a new air conditioning install at my home and a furnace installation in my detached garage. I couldn't have been more satisfied with their customer service and communications with office staff. The employees on site were very friendly, and professional and explained everything they were going to do prior to performing the work. The owner showed up to make sure the project was going as planed which was impressive to have him double checking everything. The work performed was very professional and clean. The CoMech team delivers quality service with a smile. Sounds cheesy but it's true! From our initial call to set up a quote for a new furnace to their team cleaning up after the install, we were treated with respect and like we were their first priority. There are a lot of options when it comes to heating but Brad walked us through all our options giving us all the pros and cons. We now have a high efficiency furnace that's helping us save on our utility bill! One last thing I'll mention is during our install it was pretty snowy outside and both of our installers made it a point
