My husband and I made appointments for 3 PM on a Sunday for pedicures. We were brought back to the massage chairs very quickly, but then only my husband's nail tech started on his feet. My nail tech overbooked herself and had someone booked for a manicure at the same time. They left me in my pedicure chair for an hour before I got up and left.
Very unprofessional. Even with appointments, it's a toss up if they'll get to you.

Nail tech was more interested in what was going on with the pedicure that was being done than with my fills. Nails are all different lengths and my thumb nail looks like the surface of the moon... she wiped the polish off 3 times with a paper towel and reapplied polish. Blamed me for not having my thumb under dryer...last I looked my thumb does not detach from my hand.... do not reccomend

I want to say I don't ever leave bad reviews and now I understand why the nail room is never busy with such a great location!!!The first experience Cindy was great it just took her over 2 hours to finish a gel mani and pedicure. I called that day & made appt. I was told she was going to be there. I got there and she was not there. The manager Ana was rude and really didn't seem to want to work. I said ok can you do my nails. She said are you sure you called? She told me 75 prices increased 10 dollars due to boss raising due to covid.Then I said I paid 65 dollars last time and showed her the charge

Really like the Nail Room. They take their time and don’t rush you through your service. The place is clean and bright.
Been coming here almost 6 months. My nail technician’s name is Cindy. She is very good. Reading the bad reviews was confusing. I think the new owners and the very bad, old owner shared the same first name.

I am here for the first time. As we speak I am getting a pedicure. I am listening to all of the workers commiserating. The ring leader is what appears to be a eunuch looking man in an orange shirt. He laugh and laugh makes the others giggle and they think this is good business? I find it annoying and off putting.

Went in for a Mani, and walked out half way through due to terrible customer service. My experience as a customer was absolutely terrible and hope noone goes through what I did. I left half untouched (whole one hand untouched) and other hand is butchered. Asked for the nail tech to cut my nails shorter and she insisted to file the remaining nail down. She insisted there was nothing left but skin and I can feel the nail. I work in dirt all day and HATE having dirt stuck under my nails.

Mediocre pedicure. Wanted to relax but the ladies who worked there made my experience really uncomfortable when they kept talking about my ethnicity to one another. Kinda rude / borderline racist? tbh. I'm half chinese and spanish and these two ladies kept insisting i'm not chinese ? Like what? I didn't want to talk to them and just wanted to have a relaxing experience but they kept talking to one another across the room about my ethnicity which made the experience a lot more uncomfortable and awkward for me. I came in for a fill gel French tip manicure. Nail tech neglected my requests to keep my length and shape. She was continuously talking to another nail tech and kept pausing to look at the other techs phone. She left the white smears on my nails under the French tip. I addressed the smears and she apparently didn't see an issue.
The clear nail polishes were overdue for a new one, including the brushes. At the end of the service I expressed to her my concerns on the outcome of my nails and she apologized, however, continued to say my nails were uneven.. I literally just had them done 2 wks ago

I went in for a French gel manicure and requested I keep the length and square shape of my nail. She neglected my requests by filing the corners and length down, and ignored the smears she left under my tips. One hand is filed down so much and the other not as much, which leaves them uneven. There was only 1 customer who came in when she was almost done, so I was hoping for a better job done considering time was not an issue. I addressed my concerns which were ignored, paid for my nails, and won't be returning. It may be just this technician, but I should've read the recent Google reviews

kill some time on a Friday afternoon and luckily they were fairly slow. The lady who worked on me took her time on my pedi and I can't say I've had a better pedicure. She was very skilled my toes look perfect. It's $30 for the basic and $50 for the upgraded one. I got the basic pedi but it still felt upgraded. They used a scrub and massaged well. Good job ladies!

I had my nails.done by Anna. A gel mani. Within 3 days they began chipping off. I'm used to my nails lasting 2-3 weeks. I will not be going back, to pay $40 with a $10 tip so within the first week they look horrible. I've never had this happen before. I only changed salons because I moved. Beware! They looked good for 3 days.

Well, my nails came out ok, but all I did was mani/ pedi with gel polish. The experience, however, was horrible. The lady kept stopping and getting up in the middle of my pedi. Seemed to be arguing with another staff member for about 30 min. It was so bad that she even forgot to scrub my feet and rub them, ended up doing it after she polished them. 🤨 She then told someone she would be ready for them in 5 min, forgetting she also had a mani to do. I will not be going back to this location.

Called for a mani pedi and was told I could come in one hour. When I got there I was greeted and water was set up for my pedicure. I was soaking for nearly 40 minutes before pedicure started. Pedicure went ok but it was nothing out of the ordinary to make it memorable or great and it always irks me when someone isn't looking at what they're doing. Manicure started and was rushed from the beginning. Nails were not thoughtfully shaped, again not looking while working isn't useful, did gel and the paint job was sloppy and I ended up with bubbles, paint on skin and paint was lumpy and

The worst nail salon I've ever been to. For starters, they were very dirty. Especially for COVID times. They were unorganized. My mom wanted to get dip powder and it took her lady an hour just to take her Acrylic nails off. Once she got to the dip powder she couldn't find the color my mom wanted because their powders are not labeled and spread out all over. My mom ended up not getting her nails done because it was just a hot mess. She left with undone and rough nails. My gel nails were decent but what upset me was that my lady was rude and she said I had to check in twice on yelp to honor

Looked on yelp for nail salons that were open in the area. Walked in at 6pm knowing they closed at 7pm. Wanted to get a gel manicure done. They took me in, happily! Service is awesome and very friendly. Anna did an amazing job with my nails, she's very precise and does a wonderful job. Thankful for their kind service! Very clean salon and not busy at all. Will definitely be back!
