The employees are professional, responsive and thorough. The inspector assessed accurately the water leak my roof had. Scheduling the work was a very smooth process and the wait was less than a week. The job was completed in a few hours. The technician provided multiple pictures of my roof before and after the work and explained the issue with my roof. The price was competitive and fair. I will definitely use SA RoofMasters again for my future roofing needs.

My wife and I had accepted an offer to sell our home, after the buyer’s inspection we discovered we needed a new roof to be installed. Our agent connected us with SA Roofmasters. I contacted James Baladez, the owner, and he had one of his staff come to our home and prepared an estimate. SA Roofmasters communicated with our insurance company to have the roof replaced in a timely manner. SA Roofmasters adjusted their work schedule to meet our timeline in selling the home.

Buy a roof from SA RoofMasters! The Entire Organization is top notch! Everyone went above and beyond my expectations. They did a fantastic job from beginning to end. From the Tear off crew (Julio and Sergio plus the 2 guys that were with them) to the metal roof team (Mr Ramos and son) to the owner of the company , Mr. Baladez. We put our house on the market and had to get repairs done after the inspection came back. James Baladez and SA Roofmaster responded very quickly and did a fantastic job taking care of all of the repairs and I was very pleased with their work and with the charges for the repairs. James and his crew replaced my leaking standing seam roof, replaced and painted a lot of rotted fascia, and replaced two skylights. The job was completed on time, and on budget. The fringes of hurricane Harvey hit my area two days after the work was done, and provided a good test of the new roof. It passed with flying colors. SA Roofmasters far exceeded my expectations with timely and quality work.

I thought I would pass along a good contractor experience. I hired SA RoofMasters to remove all of my old leaking gutters and install new seamless gutters all the way around my 2 story house.
The communication was on point every time, they came when they said they would and went the extra mile helping me with some other issues that I was having. And, they were priced reasonably. They also took care to not let my dogs out of the backyard while working in the back, which is a huge thing for me. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof/gutter work.
