Condor Concrete did a great job for me with a unique project. We replaced the garage floor and added a set of stairs to access the basement in the garage of our townhouse. Condor coordinated with the necessary subcontractors for Piers and Foundation cuts. Top notch craftsmen all and at a reasonable price.

The concrete in our basement resembled a broken jigsaw puzzle. I wasn't ready to spend the money to rip out the entire slab and these guys were the only ones flexible enough to find a solution that would address my concerns without starting over and spending many thousands of dollars. They showed up on time (even offered to come a couple days early, but we weren't ready yet), they were very careful with the finished basement that we had just had repainted a year earlier and their cleanup was top notch. I never would have thought you could jackhammer out sections of concrete and leave

We had a stamped patio put in and we were pleased from start to finish. Sergio was on time with the estimate and was quick to respond to all emails and phone calls. Additionally, the quality of their work was excellent. They were all friendly and professional. Socorro, the owner, was there from start to finish and took his time to ensure the quality of their work. We definitely recommend them and will use them for any future concrete work.

We had a great experience and are so happy that we worked with Condor Concrete. We asked Sergio to pour a concrete walkway around the house. He came and gave us a quote with a fair price. He set up a date but since our project was relatively small, they managed to do it sooner than expected. The crew was very professional and they were done in half a day. We'd recommend these guys for concrete projects.

Condor concrete built a new front yard stamped concrete patio with stairs for me. They did such a wonderful job, I had them come back and replace my driveway and install a new sidewalk from the side of my house to the backyard. They really listen to what you want to do and give good advice. Socorro, Sergio and their crew are always on time, and hardworking but most of all they are honest. You can trust these guys.

True Professionals!! Socorro and his team provided us with an estimate to place a patio on our house. From the moment we got our estimate to the final product this group was extremely professional. Sergio came to the house for the estimate, Ricardo led the grounds crew, and Socorro (the owner) was present for the concrete pour, stamping, and sealing of the patio (I wish I could remember all the crews names, they were all amazing young men). What an awesome experience. I dealt with another company in the past and the Littleton based company "No-Showed" us.....Not Condor Concrete, they stayed true

Condor just finished a job for us- stamped, colored concrete patio in our backyard and a walkway from front to backyard. They did a phenomenal job with it all. Responsive, came when they said they would, did the job exactly as bid, and on the timeline they gave us. Their bid was extremely competitive and even more so after seeing the work they did. I never write recommendations on any websites but I felt compelled to this time since it is so hard to find honest, hardworking, responsive contractors of any kind out there. We would recommend them to anyone!

Very professional, kind, honest, prompt, thorough, and do beautiful work. They were great about making sure the drainage was addressed, they were respectful of our property, they cleaned up completely when they were finished, they arrived exactly when they said they would. Communication was clear and he was always easy to reach. And very fair priced! And they completed the whole job in one day! The whole crew was happy and nice to be around. Total rock stars!

Owned and operated by Socorro Olivia's. Small company with a single crew. They came in with a bid and finished the job in 3 working days, resurfacing a 45y/o stained concrete pad and replacing a surrounding brick patio with composite looking, sealed and colored concrete. He asked for no money until job completed to our satisfaction and we couldn''t have asked for a better outcome. As the job progressed, we asked for some help with a couple of things not initially discussed and he and the crew cooperated at no additional cost. We asked for 3 references; all returned our call with

Socorro and his crew were professonial, courteous and did a fabulous job. We met him at the Home Show in Denver. He called us to schedule an appointment, showed up on time. Explained everything. Offered a fair price and started work the following week.
The crew did a beautiful job, cleaned the entire area when the job was complete.
I'm still waiting for the estimate from two other contractors, that was 3 weeks ago.
