They were very thorough, nice and answered all my questions. If they didn’t know off hand they got back to me. I have piece of mind and they helped me think through the design of a porch in more depth than I would have on my own. I have much more confidence now is a build with a contractor knowing it will be structural sound and strong with their plan/specifications to follow. Highly recommend them!

I had an immediate need for a structural engineer and Complete Building Solutions was booked out for over two weeks but as I said my need was immediate.The were able to squeeze me in just after a lunch one day later.
The engineer was highly professional,straight to the point and answered my questions . I would have this company at my side in any endeavor.

I worked with CBS to get structural reports/assessments on multiple commercial buildings that we are installing solar on. Everyone we have talked to and dealt with has been a real pleasure! All team members are personable and professional, all the way from the owner, Rob, to the operations manager, Michelle, to the engineers, Curt and Ernie. This is a top notch company. We will definitely be using them again!

I asked Complete Building Solutions to provide engineering for additional deck support so I could put a hot tub on it. Their communication was very responsive and they were timely for the appointment. Stephen's work was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable having family and friends in the hot tub with all that weight.
I asked Stephen to help me with an adjustment to the engineering due to something new I learned during the process. Stephen was very helpful, minimizing the work I had in front of me.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel that good service needs to be acknowledged these days. CBS did a fantastic job sussing out the problems and coming up with the solutions my old house was in desperate need of. Stephen was a rock star and explained everything so that it made sense. They follow through, do what they say and get back to you quickly if you have questions. HIGHLY recommend them!

I recently used the team at CBS for a roof project related to a recent hail storm. Specifically, I was looking for detailed documentation on supporting hail damage to my roof. A friend of mine had used this company with very positive results and a very favorable impression, so I thought I'd reach out and give them a try. Michelle, Rob, Curt, and Bruce were all incredibly helpful. Michelle made sure that I was able to get Structural Engineers in the same week to assess the house I had put an offer on. As a Realtor it's important to have reliable and responsive service providers especially in the midst of the inspection period of a transaction. I was representing the buyer of a 150 yr old historic property and my buyer needed a professional assessment of the home's foundation and structural integrity.
