Rude. Someone called our business asking for the person in charge of communication services. Neither of the two who make the final decisions in this regard were available (but between the three of us, my opinion stands, they have the final say). I told the guy I'm basically the gate keeper to the business and I offered my assistance. Something along the lines of "forget it!" was said to me before he abruptly ended the phone call.
