We will process your credit card upon confirmation of your reservation and direct approval from you via phone or email. A. Honolulu Airport to Waikiki or Waikiki to Airport is approximately 9 miles and it usually takes about 30 minutes with normal traffic. During the rush hours it could take about 40-45 minutes. A. It varies each day but normally it takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour to go through customs. A. Our driver/vehicle will be waiting and holding your name sign at a designated permittee pickup area just outside baggage claim.

I used Top Limousine for a round trip airport shuttle to Waikiki. The price was super affordable compared to a taxi or taking my chance with a rideshare when arriving at the airport. It was also really fun to arrive and depart in such style.
The driver arrived early and texted as my plane touched down. Although I felt bad that it took a while to get out of the airport, he assured me that it was no problem and he was happy to wait. He greeted us with genuine happiness and gave us a much appreciated cold bottle of water.

Excellent experience. Driver and manager were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged our pick up in such a short notice, despite being a very busy day,, it took them less than 30 mins to prepare a car for pick up from the airport to our hotel. We used them again from the hotel to the airport and this time the manager dropped by to say hello. That was a very kind gesture. Vans are exceptionally clean and newer models. Highly recommended, won't use any other service during my next visit to Hawaii. Thank you guys, you really made a difference.

Easy online booking and receive confirmation email from the company to verify pickup. Super happy with the airport transport in a nice, clean, elegant limo. Our driver called to let us know he was there and was early even though we were late. I recommend this company over uber/lyft as those are not reliable and can even cancel last minute. Highly recommend Top Limousine a Service which has reasonably priced limo airport service and quality driver.

We had a limo ride from the airport to our hotel, and an Escalade from the hotel to the airport at the end of our vacation. Scott, who I believe is the owner of the company, drove us and was so friendly and conversational. We were met exactly on time, got to our destinations safely, and couldn't have been more pleased. Booking was simple. Price is unbeatable. Top Limo is absolutely the only way to go for hotel transfer on Oahu.

He also helped us load/unload kids, a double stroller and heavy suit cases without hesitation. The limousine was in pristine condition, AC was working very well and seat was plush. We originally booked your service as rental car prices got ridiculously high due to pandemic. Top limo provided excellent service from start to finish. The manager Scott helped me plan our pick up to and from the airport. This was our first time to Hawaii and Top Limo helped made it memorable.

Excellent service. Used this company for airport transportation to and from Waikiki hotel. It's tough getting a Lyft/Uber these days at HNL. And why not ride in style, especially when you're on vacation. Cost isn't bad either.
Driver was waiting for me and my wife at the airport with a nice sign (always wanted to have that). :) Our flight was slightly delayed but driver monitored our flight info prior to picking us up.

Our family was a little skeptical to book a limo, it’s Hawaii and limos are typically expensive. When we got to Hawaii, our driver had to wait a bit cause of the line for QR code’s and she just told us where we’d be and to take our time. Greeted us with open arms and beautiful lei’s, It was well worth it and not expensive at all! The quality and service we got was AMAZING! They were on time, confirmed our ride. The limo was clean and the overall service was 10/10! Thanks guys. We will definitely be using you all again next time we’re in Hawaii!

Scott was very helpful on the phone, and coordinating a surprise limousine pick up for three women from the airport.
They were ecstatic, and the car was beautiful, an Escalade super stretch limo.
The service couldn't have been better, and while we don't take limousines very often, if I ever need one again in Honolulu, this is the company I would call.

I contacted Top Limousine about a month before my wedding. Due to the pandemic, I wasn't sure which limo companies would be open. Thankfully, the owner, Scott answered my Yelp message promptly. He was easy to work with and very responsive. I loved that he was able to accommodate me by being able to book me in time blocks rather than charging me for the whole day (I had to go to my wedding ceremony location and two different picture-taking locations that day). I also worked with May, who confirmed my reservation.
