Enthusiastic five stars! They bent over backward to help me get a birthday present for my husband engraved in time. The gift arrived very late and I was stressed out and they were so lovely about it and were able to do beautiful work within a couple of hours notice. The ladies there truly made my day. Got some knives engraved for my groomsmen at my wedding. Asked for initials and date on the blade. Worked out a design at the front desk with a rush order for 6 days later.
Extremely affordable.
There was a communication error somewhere along the line and only the date was engraved. I got a quick email and call and we sorted things out and got the initials engraved on the other side of the blade.

I came here to get my dice box engraved several days ago. I had no idea they were a very well established family owned business.
As they were walking me through their process they told me of the work they do for their clients as well as some notable members of the community.
When it came time to talk about their services and rates, I went for their gold paint since it goes well with the box's brass hinges and lock.
I'll update my review and add more pictures once I see how the box turns out.
UPDATE: Their work ethic and professionalism are nothing short of exemplary!

These people are so nice, and so professional. Got a last minute assignment to come up with retirement gift for shareholder leaving our firm. Scramble around, find a gift, then call and beg that they get it done by 4:30 if get it there after lunch. Get there around 1:00, pay a rush fee (which they told me ahead of time), go back and forth with proofs until I'm happy with font and layout, and they get it done with minutes to spare. So nice to deal with, even while waiting on my back and forth. Get it done while my courier is there waiting to pick up the item. Very happy, and the piece
