Jeff Zellers and Tina Annis have over fifty years of combined experience preparing estate plans for New Hampshire families. You want to maintain control over your life as best you can. Proper planning will allow others to assist you as you age or deal with unexpected health issues.
The Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care allows you to name another individual (called the "Agent") to make health care decisions for you in the event that you become unable to make those decisions for yourself. Before the Agent can act, your physician must certify that you are incapacitated. The Agent's authority begins only after that certification has occurred.

Tina Annis is the reason people do not trust lawyers - just about the money; NO real interest in assisting or listening to the client.
Tina's office sent a 5-page questionnaire to be completed prior to conducting a consultation call. A call that Tina insisted no one else could be present as she spoke w/ my 86 year old aunt - despite my aunt requesting I listen in to help her capture details/information provided. Assuming a professional consultation would be presented, we abided by Tina's demands. In hindsight, we should have ended the
