I had this issue with my phone service where my calls kept dropping and my internet was slow. I thought it was a dead zone where I lived but when it kept happening in other parts of town, it was time to get this problem situated. I called my provider and they tried to offer a better deal but I would have to pay way more. I didn’t understand why they would put me on a plan to pay more. Thanks for the amazing Customer Service. I’ve been with the same cell phone provider for over 10 years and the service has been extremely upside down.

Finally! I received professional help with my Cable issue. Consumer Arbitration’s were quick to assist. It was nice to have the help to solve the issue I was having and take quick action.
