You probably hear this about Michael Wozny all the time, but I would like to reiterate that he is such a pleasure to work with. Woz was here in our office on Friday and then we ran into an issue and he personally came out to our office for 2 hours today to repair the issue and assist with so many other fires. Not only does he repair, but he does so with foresight and all while explaining in layman’s terms what he is doing and how we can take preventive measures in the future. I have learned incredible amounts about our tech systems today.

MXOtech did a great job in helping us identify our shortcomings through their technology and security audit. They took it a step further and prepared a technology road map which we have been following for the last year. We’ve never worked with an IT company who was so proactive and strategic. They also did a Business Process Improvement assessment on our work-flows and eliminated hundreds of hours in manual work replacing it with technology. They go beyond help desk support and network management. We feel like we have a true technology partner.

We moved our office in the middle of a pandemic. MXO took down our server, prepped it for the move, reconnected our server in its new location and had us up and running within a day and a half. MXO was also instrumental in ensuring new internet access by the time of our scheduled move. We required our down-time to be minimized and MXO delivered. This project was executed professionally and efficiently.
