Michael Jones obtained a B.A. in psychology from Morehouse College in 1995, an M.A. from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology in 1998 and a J.D. from Southern University in 2003. Real Estate Law has been a major focus of the firm since its inception. Each of our attorneys and our entire staff has experience with the complete closing process including title work, title insurance, and settlement.
At the Allen Law Group, we took a laborious and demanding process and created a systematic approach to facilitate your short sale from document collection all the way to settlement. Our staff works hard to provide back office short sale support for Realtors who don't have the time or do not wish to process facilitate the short sale themselves.
Sometimes bankruptcy is not the right option. We do not sell bankruptcies; we provide solutions to financial problems. Each case is unique. We have handled numerous settlements with creditors allowing clients to completely avoid bankruptcy. Again, our goal is to find the right solution for each individual client, and those solutions will differ.

I was a little hesitant to use the Allen Law Group, but I gave it a try! When I tell you, I am so happy I did. Attorney Allen really cares about her closings. I called several times with questions as a new home buyer. My lender was hard to get in touch with.Attorney Allen ran interference and got me the answers I needed. I am an investor and I found them to be very investor friendly. Just be up front about what you are trying to do. They will work with you to make sure the deal is done legally and in order. I am happy I took the time to really get to understand what I needed to do to have a successful closing. Everything was not perfect, but I can tell they really care about getting things done right.

The Allen Law Group closed on my property in November. I transferred the file to the Allen Law Group after getting the run around from another law firm. They were able to get us close in 10 days. As someone new to investing, it was a pleasure to close with a law firm that did not treat me like I was incompetent. It can be very intimidating to deal with lawyers.
