The relationship between client and designer is built on collaboration and trust. Trust allows for exploration and inventiveness. Collaboration ensures the acuity of the final product.
When I start a project, I ask fundamental strategic questions: What challenges are you facing now in your business? Which aspects of your communication and marketing have been successful, which haven't and why? Who is eating your lunch? How can we use design to best reflect your brand, convey your message and produce results?
These days fear of death and disease dominate our thoughts as we retreat into the safety of our homes-those of us that have such a luxury-while everywhere, there is a rush to find answers, cures, rainbows, anything that gives us the hope of escape and a return to what we ironically called, "NORMAL".
