Founded in 1997, The Palace at Home is a Medicare certified home health agency in both Broward & Miami Dade counties. The Palace at Home has served tens of thousands of families throughout the years and has been consistently recognized as one of the Top 100 Home Health Agencies in the United States.
The Palace at Home is a home health agency licensed by the State of Florida and certified by Medicare to provide medical services in accordance with orders from a patient's physician. The Palace at Home consists three main divisions: Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation Services and Home Health Aides. Patients covered under Medicare are eligible for Nursing care services such as wound care, diabetes management, IV therapy.

I would like to thank everyone who I have met since my Dad moved into the Palace. Without calling out all the names, I would say their customer service has been A+++++. Especially the employees at the front reception and all of the Valet crew. I would like to give an extra shout out to Yasiel Alvarez R.N. He has gone above and beyond to keep me informed of all medical and rehab related issues pertaining to my father's health and well being. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough and has excellent communication skills!!!! In my opinion he has gone the extra mile to keep my sister and I informed

Our family selected The Palace at Home, Broward division after an extensive search for home healthcare. We are extremely happy with their staff and services available. Their staff is very caring and love what they do. My wife has shown a tremendous improvement since she has come home and been in their care. The Palace at Home provided my grandfather with such great care at home. He always spoke to me about a Nurse named Marta who would come to see him when he had a wound. He was always so thankful for her and for that reason, we are thankful too. I highly recommend The Palace at Home for your loved ones. The Palace home service has been a lifesaver for both my family and mother for the past 8 years. The nurses, HHA, CNA, Occupational and Physical Therapist are all very professional, caring but above all loving towards my mother. The office staff personnel are amazing and are on top of everything I’ve never had an issue they handle it all. We are extremely happy with their service.

The Palace at Home has provided extraordinary service to my Neightbor who does not have any family members. She has required physical therapy and nursing services intermittently and they have always been there to assist. We are so thankful to have found such an amazing company that has great staff to assist the elderly.

The Broward county branch at the Palace at Home provided my grandmother with home health services which included nursing and therapy on several occasions. I have been delighted with all the services especially the customer service has exceeded all my expectations! They are quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. I HIGHLY recommend the Palace to all of my family and friends!!! The Broward county branch of the Palace at home is the BEST!

I have a close friend who receives service from this institution. The physiotherapist that takes care of her is outstanding. She is very competent, and very compassionate. The other staff that helps my friend are equally competent and nice. I believe you cannot get a better help than that offered by The Palace at home. Our neighborhood is very lucky to have such a place around us.
