Services
Our criminal defense practice involves assisting and representing people who are under investigation for, suspected of or charged with a violation of the law. Mr. McDaniel will appear in all State and Federal Courts, including Municipal and Justice of the Peace Courts. Although the majority of our cases are in Harris, Fort Bend, Galveston and Brazoria County, we will provide representation in all Texas counties.

I contacted Mr. McDaniel through my Hyatt Legal Plan. He wasn't the first attorney that I called on my list. However, he was the first to actually answer the phone. He was on a call and asked if he could call me back, which he did. I was impressed because it was within an hour. He was attentive and personal.
