Benito Diaz started out as a diesel tech at his local Ford dealership. Because he was a graduate of UTI with a certification in Ford diesel repair, they immediately put him to work helping out with the 7.3 and 6.0 Power Strokes. Between the dealership and another he worked at for 10 years, he gathered knowledge on the repair side and the business side.
Benito studied how customers and their vehicles were treated, and he learned the right and wrong ways to do things. In many instances he found himself saying, "If I had my own business, I wouldn't treat that customer like that, " or "why am I doing just the bare minimum when if we dig deeper, I know I'd find the problem."

My girlfriend and I live in New Braunfels, and were visiting Houston for an Astros game. My truck unexpectedly starting dumping diesel on the Katy freeway coming into downtown Houston. We had my Duramax towed to STP based on their good google reviews, just taking a chance on them.
Rudolfo answered my phone call 5 minutes before closing time, and said he would make arrangements for someone to meet us at the shop after hours, to let the tow truck into the property(7:45 in the evening).

Bought an exhaust through them and they charged me $900 for just the exhaust and they charged me an extra $900 for installation so $1800 total, they wouldn’t tell me what brand they were using until after the installation was complete. As soon as I picked the truck up they told me what brand they installed, I researched the brand and discovered that I could have only payed $350 for the Jamo exhaust they ripped me off on for $900. I also ordered a 5 inch exhaust and they installed a 4 inch on my truck, they fixed that free of charge which was cool but I definitely wouldn’t recommend going to

Came to Houston from Oklahoma for the day to pick up parts. My pickup had some issues and went into limp mode. Called all the dealerships and many other shops and no one would help me out. Ok, to be completely honest...This place is superb! Being a female it's very hard to be treated fairly and reasonable, especially when it comes down to mechanics... I have a mini cooper countryman which they worked on and these guys did a great job! They where quick and they treat customers (regardless of gender, age, race) like customers. I had a fast diagnosis and received my car in a timely manner plus they washed my car also! I'm glad I found a shop who is reasonable and quick. Plus my car was running like new. I do recommend this place to everyone!
