Truly grateful to Dan and David for all they did to help me with an LED sign my daughter purchased thru Amazon, (not Dan’s) for her sister’s Gender Reveal party would not turn on. We were desperate to find someone knowledgeable enough to trouble shoot why the sign would not turn on.
I found Dan’s True Color’s on my internet search. After explaining my situation they were gracious enough to have us come by to see what they could do.
Dan then a little later David worked to figure out why the sign wouldn’t turn on. After about 30 minutes of diagnostics they figured out the issue.

Great place. They know everything there is to know about neon. They helped me DIY repair the sign on my building. Their shop is big and beautiful. It's fascinating to watch the artists. I think it's the best neon shop in Houston, Texas.
Today I turned again for help with the neon signs on my dental practice. I think the fellow that made my new neon tubes took one look at me and said to himself, this guy doesn’t know what he’s doing. He was right. He happily told me all I needed to know.

Honest, reliable service, fair pricing, easy to work with.. I needed a neon sign for my son's 18th. Birthday and they did GREAT job on a short notice, (I have a very busy schedule and often loose track of time). So grateful I have found them. Thank you Taylor for listening to the ideas I had in mind, as well as to whom I belive is the owner on recommending the colors and materials. I had another neon store in Kemah make a sign, it was horrendous, I sent True Colors an image of what we wanted. They told me, “no problem”. I was a little skeptical, but in just a few weeks, got a call and it was spot on, pretty much perfect! The whole staff is very friendly and answered plenty of my questions and emails. They also repaired several neon signs, that I was told couldn’t be. This company knows their neon, thanks again for such a great job! We will be back!

I sent them a couple of signs that had been broken longer than I’ve been alive. I wish I could attach pictures to my review because that’s the only way you could possibly know how well they restored my 2 signs. These people are, hands down, the absolute best in Houston. Nothing else to say. If you need neon sign repair they’re the ONLY folks I’d recommend.

Dan and his shop seem to be a solidly good crew of craftsmen. I really appreciated working w Dan. My art colleague and I wanted a very specific neon sign fabricated. I didn't have a computer mock-up, but just sketched it out (the font) and approximated the size. We requested one of the words to be upside-down AND all the letters are backwards, AND needed to match the size and shape of the other word. He and his workers are rightly confident; They are skilled.
Bc this is an art piece, we are specific on shade of colors, and brightness, as well as font and size.
