The firm started in 1986 and has been providing tax, accounting and consulting services to the greater Portland Metro area and surrounding areas ever since. Our CPA's and other professional staff are trained to meet your various tax, accounting and financial reporting needs. Through a cooperative network, we are also set up to access many other professionals.

Mary started in public accounting in 1990 with Ernst and Young in San Francisco. She has a background in servicing the personal and business tax needs of the large and small business owner. In addition, she carries the credentials of a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS, a designation for CPA's only).
Su-Wei (Sophie) started a career in public accounting after graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Master of Science in Accountancy in 2004. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Oregon and California since 2006.
Joining our firm in 2007, Su-Wei helps us with quality control and tax preparation work for individuals, closely-held business including LLCs, partnerships, corporations, and non-profit entities.She enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and daughter in her leisure time.

Kimberly has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992 and joined the firm in 2018. Kimberly specializes in providing client management services, tax preparation work, review and consulting for a variety of domestic and international individuals as well as trusts and estate work. Her enthusiasm for her work, leadership abilities, and willingness to teach others makes Kimberly an integral part of the firm.

I had been going to another CPA for taxes and became dissatisfied with them (no personal interaction and poor communication). I was recommended Culshaw and then had them do our taxes. Best decision I ever made as Kimberly LLorens asked to review our previous year taxes. She found numerous errors and, with our amended returns, our previous year tax bill was about halved.

I love this firm! They answer the phone, they answer emails in a timely manner which is awesome in this day and age. I've been in business for over 23 years. My first accountant was okay but started raising his rates and not answering my questions. The second accountant got me into a financial crisis by not taking care of my business.
