At FIBER PRO CARPET CLEANING my guarantee is really very simple. Should any spots "wick"back up or re-appear within two weeks, call us and I will return and re-clean them at no charge to you! There is a condition called "apparent soiling". This is when the carpet fibers have been abraided (scratched or worn down).
Our pricing is fair and the quality of our work is excellent. We can give you a ball park figure on the cost by simply calling us at 281/870-8568 and asking for Melody. Our final quote will be after we visually inspect the rooms of carpet you want cleaned and areas of concern. We will always tell you our honest opinion of your carpet and what we can do.
Method and Cleaning Solutions depend on the fabric being cleaned. Cleaning wool or cotton with the same solution as polyester or nylon, would cause serious yellowing problems. Microfiber requires you to groom the fabric or you may leave permanent marks on your upholstery. Because of the additional steps in cleaning NATURAL FIBERS an additional cost of 20% will be added to the bill.

We recently had someone give a recommendation for a good carpet cleaning company and so we booked with Fiber Pro to clean our carpets.
I am so glad we chose them, Floyd did the best job and we are beyond pleased with the results! He got all the stains out and I never would have believed our carpet would look this good.

Fiber Pro is by far the very best of the group! The owner Floyd was on time, gave us an honest appraisal of our carpets' needs, and was both meticulous and thorough in his work. Not only did he clean out spots that previous companies failed to clean completely, he made all our carpets look new! He was even able to clean some old spots on our sofas! The cost is reasonable

Fiber Pro Carpet Cleaning Rocks! We have been using them for several years now and have always been satisfied with the work. If a stain comes back, Floyd comes back to work on it ( : This is a little operation--a husband and wife duo--she does the bookings and he cleans the carpets---very nice people and very professional. We had them in this week and now the carpets look good and smell fresh. Strongly recommend them.
