Horrific Experience These guys are liars and cheats. We hired them to redo all duct work in our Ac system. They damaged my entire house. People stepped on lights that flew out of the ceiling they installed wrong size ac vents. It was the worst experience ever and then they took advantage of us when it came down to final payment. We had to have painters come out and repaint almost every ceiling in our home and even the painter they sent out did it incorrect and smeared pain on my dining room chairs. We received 4 quotes for the ac duct work but in the sales process we felt most confident in them

As the previous one star reviews note, this company quote's you one thing then wants to charge you something else when at your home. DO NOT USE THEM, you have been warned. Also once they can't get more money from you they do a crap job. They visited my 70 year old in December 3rd mother trying to rob her, just horrible!! Deserve no stars!!

I was quoted a price and verified with the scheduler. Person who actually did the job said that rate was for maintenance only yet I don't know what would have been done differently for each service. Ending up paying 3x the quoted price. The job was done to meet our schedule and the service provider was right on time.

Amanda, David and Sean are awesome. We needed mold remediation, vent cleaning and a new ac and furnace installed. They did it all and even helped us find someone to replace the parts of the wall we had removed due to mold. They never used fear tactics to get us to buy more stuff. They were very responsive, respectful and professional. I highly recommend them.

I received a call from the owner, Mr. Shawn, regarding my concerns, and he noted my issues with price communication and actual pricing.
I gave him recommendations for future customer questions such as:
1. Have a written price estimate of the actual jobs that could be done before the work begins.
2. Purchase an inexpensive camera that shows the customer (and the technician) that the duct is clear and there is no damage to the tubing from bottom all the way to the outside.
3. Before the work begins, there will be a charge for using a credit card.

Highly recommended. These folks are really great and reasonably priced. We had mold growing in our AC unit last year and they came out and cleaned the whole system with no mold since. A year later, I called them to check some moisture on the OUTSIDE of the unit To see if the mold came back. The AC had no mold and they cleaned the AC up and professionally resealed the AC boxes FOR FREE!!! so no more condensation would form. This would have cost several hundred dollars

I bought a house and I guarantee no one has ever cleaned the ducts or registers. Tip Top wasn't the cheapest company I got an estimate from, but I went with them because over the phone and in person (during the estimate) they were super informative. They answered all my questions.
The day of the cleaning, they went out of their way to get new registers for me because mine were old plastic ones that were super discolored.
It took a few hours but they undid everything and I watched them vacuum, clean, and spray a disinfectant. After the work they spoke to me about maintenance and what to do

UPDATE: Tip Top sent Johnny right out and they ran me through everything; turns out ASI, the appliance company, was passing the buck and the equipment was installed incorrectly. Five stars to Tip Top and Johnny!
Came out and said they cleaned my ducts; outside flap/vent not opening. Appliance repair company said they basically didn't do anything and just charged me for nothing.

I contacted Tip Top based on the Yelp reviews. Johnny came to inspect the air duct and the old system. I'm glad to say that he is exactly how the reviews described! He is punctual, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and most importantly he solves problems! Johnny also shows me pictures of the new air duct and new HAVC system with UV after job completed. As an out of state client, I must say that Johnny is super reliable! I'm very happy with his work and would gladly recommend him!
