Very satisfied with the build although it did take a lot longer than I had anticipated. They did apologize up and down and explained that it was due to the pandemic, back log of other projects as well as the time it took to get the permit which was the longest part of the whole ordeal. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality and the final product. Thank you!

I talked to a couple companies for my patio cover before going with Alumawood Patio Covers/First Source Services. Their product is superior and they were the only company to inform me that I needed a permit. Their pricing was fair, and they did a great job with the install. The new patio cover looks great and I appreciate the work they did from start to finish.

First source took care of my initial patio cover a year ago and they were great. I decided to extend that same patio all the way to the width of my back house. Jeremy the owner came to check out the job and he was very professional and informative. Due to the pandemic, Shar (office rep) explained the timeline for the install, but to my surprise, they actually came in earlier than expected and I was more than happy of the result all the way from the worker, office, commitment and overall staff. We spoke to many contractors. This company really did not try to cut corners like other businesses. I was surprised to know we would need a permit from the city. Two other contractors didn't even mention it. We requested that the job be done by a certain date, and they responded with a date a week earlier than we could have even imagined. The best part about this experience was the work of the on-site contractors. They advised us to add an additional pole to make the structure more bigger and wider. First Source Services exceeded all my expectations. This company was helpful from the very beginning from scheduling my in home estimate to coming out and doing the final walk through. Tom is very knowledgeable on the material and what is able to be done to meet our needs. Eugene and his crew was very polite and answered any questions I had. Sharlyn kept me informed with everything that was going to be going on starting from the footing to be dug to the installation and the final inspection from the county.
