My new rep at Baty is Jennifer Montgomery and she’s been wonderful to work with. You can tell that she’s got a TON of experience in the industry. She proactively called out an upcoming insurance policy end date and got a few options with pros/cons. She was very responsive and followed through to ensure the new policy information was sent to my new mortgage company AND that they paid the policy before the due date. I appreciated having someone experienced and professional like Jennifer to work with.

I have worked with many insurance companies over the years covering everything from personal homes, rental properties, businesses, vehicles and medical and until i found Baty Worldwide, I dreaded dealing with them all. Baty treats me like I am their #1 client. Professional, polite, courtesy and always thinking ahead to make sure I'm covered.
