Construction Management (CM) is a professional service that uses specialized project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project from beginning to end. The purpose of CM is to control a project's Schedule, Cost and Quality-sometimes referred to as the Project Management Triangle or "Triple Constraints."

Whether the assignment is construction management, pre-construction services, commercial remodeling, commercial interior renovations, commercial building alterations, commercial renovations, building or facility maintenance services, reliability and quality is always our standard.

My mother had her roof completely re-done by Builders United earlier this year and besides doing an incredible job, while I was there with her, the workers were incredibly professional. courteous, hard working, and got the job done well before they had promised completion. We will definitely be using them for our upcoming business remodeling, and I highly recommend them for any of your construction needs!

The people at Builders United are professional in every sense of the word. They gave me a fair and honest quote. The price was excellent. They really take pride in the work from start to finish. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The project was started and finished on time and looks amazing. They are licensed, bonded, and insured. I love the way my patio cover turned out and it was painless and carefree. I would highly recommend Builders United for any of your projects. I used Builder's United on a commercial building I bought at a foreclosure sale that had been heavily vandalized. I found Builder's United to be very responsive to my plans for the building, the service to be far above average, the price to be reasonable, and the work to be exceptional. The workers left the premises cleaner than they found it. I would absolutely use Builder's United again.

My wife and I contracted with Builders United on several Projects and found their work to be excellent, their staff were very well mannered and knowledgeable of their trade. The projects were done within the Time frame specified and the pricing was excellent. We would not hesitate to refer Builders to anyone who asked for the name of a Good Contractor.
