Onyx Protective services was the best choice I could have made for our Haunted Circus Miami Event. Starting from very beginning they were extremely professional and flexible, considering we were a difficult client, since our hours changed so many times. They were willing to work with us and gave us the best price on the market. More than that, we were offered to use their state of art "Monitor Center". I am a plant manager. We had an immediate need to for a fire watch to fill a void from our fire alarm panel that had been hit by lightening. This was to keep my teams safe and provide the required watch per the Fire Marshall. I made the call to Onyx and within 1 1/2 hours I had a certified class D security guard on site. @Alittletouchofhoney recently hired security officer's from Onyx to guard a large event we planned. Needless to say the process in hiring the officers was extremely easy as well as the payment process. The guards came uniformed and on time. I hired Onyx Protective Services to guard my house while it was being "tented" for termites. The guards were very professional, trained and armed. Arranging for the guards was very easy, as was the payment process. The cost was much less than hiring off-duty police officers. I could not be more pleased with the service provided. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to hire a security service.
