I just want to say thank you to the Hyde Park Cremation Society Of Illinois for the excellent service that was provided. With the passing of my grandfather I was lost struck with sadness as well as stressed ! I’m so thankful that I was able to have the heavy load lifted out of my hands once Cindee and I sat down she went out her way to make sure I had everything that was needed. She made this very difficult time in my life stress free. Both Elizabeth and Cindee showed compassion and empathy which made me feel comfortable and confident that I could trust them. I’d recommend this location.

My mother, Bobbie Jean Ross, passed on April 14, 2020. Our case was assigned to Cynthinia 'Cindee' Towns in the Hyde Park Office. While planning and managing the details of my mother's cremation, Cindee proved to be an excellent counselor and advised us wisely based on her experience in the industry. She demonstrated an innate ability to anticipate my needs, updating me on my mother's cremation progress regularly, such as the doctor’s sign-off on the death certificate, cremation permit, urn selection, and estimated cremation date. My mother passed away in the fall of 2019. Fortunately, she had purchased the societies’ plan. When my siblings and I were younger, we thought she was a little kooky. Spring ahead forward and we are deeply grateful for our mother’s foresight. The society did everything a regular funeral home would have done, without any hard sales pitches. Everyone we dealt with was sensitive to our loss. The process was very smooth. My mother had requested a biodegradable urn. BROOKE BENJAMIN WAS THE PERSON WHO INTRODUCED MY HUSBAND AND ME TO THE CREMATION SOCIETY. SHE IS DIRECTOR OF THE SOCIETY IN OUR AREA. WE LIKED HER, AND LIKED THE LOW-COST, PRE-PAID REMOVAL AND CREMATION THE SOCIETY OFFERED TO PERFORM, WHEREVER WE HAPPENED TO BE, WHEN ONE OF US DIED. A FEW YEARS LATER HARRY DIED, AND IT ALL WENT EXACTLY AS PLANNED. NO ONE TRIED TO SELL ME AN EXPENSIVE CASKET OR OTHER SERVICES. WE ARRANGED OUR OWN MEMORIAL SERVICE, AND HARRY'S ASHES WERE DISTRIBUTED AMONG SEVERAL GEOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS, INCLUDING HIS FAMILY CEMETERY, IN WISCONSIN, AS HE WISHED.
