Easy breezy to replace an older discontinued model. Well, it took a while to have it custom ordered but I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Knowledgeable sales person and really professional and courteous installer. Because we had unexpected guests arriving he was able to accommodate me days earlier than initially scheduled.

Ruth came out, measured and helped us figure out what to order, blinds or shades, etc.
Israel came a few weeks later and quickly and quietly installed our new white wooden blinds and they are gorgeous - better than we dreamed they would be

Used Windy City Blinds for my roller shades in my living room. Excellent response time, incredibly attractive quote, great service and style recommendations. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable. My roller shades look fantastic. I chose "banded" shades. Which I'm told are quite popular. I had them motorized, which is 100% worth the slight up charge. Very excited to start using these!

We bought our 1st home and decided to treat ourselves with some custom remote control blinds for our living room. The salesman came to our house with a ton of different options to choose from! He helped us narrow down to what we were looking for and ultimately found our perfect style/color. The salesman was very thorough and went over everything with us.
The installation was super easy peasy as well. The guy was very friendly and installed them quickly and cleaned everything up afterwards too! I would highly recommend this company and we're planning on using them again when we want to order

From start to finish the experience was wonderful! An expert salesman arrived to my home (wearing all proper PPE) with an impressive library of options. Never once did I feel any pressure to buy or felt I was being upsold. He listened to exactly what I said I was looking for and then showed and clearly explained all of my options AND respected that I had a budget. The install team was fabulous! Super courteous, wore all necessary PPE, were efficient, tidy, enthusiastic and made sure I understood how my blinds functioned before leaving. I would HIGHLY recommend the team at Windy City Blinds!!

I had design consultation with Ruth. She was very professional and capable of figuring out what we were looking for and effectively proposed the right design options to us. She responded to our questions via text extremely promptly.
However, we difficultly decided to go with another Hunter Douglas vendor only because of the timing matters. We contacted another vendor after Windy City Blinds and went further customizing the options in more details with them. If the schedules were the other way around, we might eventually
