I had a complete nightmare of a homebuying experience with the seller's side, and I can confidently say that I would not own the home today if it weren't for Jason and Nick. They went above and beyond to chase the seller down, to advocate for me during closing, and to explain exactly what I was signing with each page of the closing documents. Jason and his team made the process of selling our house smooth. My husband and I would use him again if we lived in Chicago. I think he is one of the best lawyers in town. I have been working with Jason's office since 2010. They have closed multiple properties for me on both the buying side & selling side. They are so technical and detailed that they never fail to find an error at closing that ends up saving me hundreds of dollars. At the end of each transaction, I receive praises from all interested parties, including realtors, lenders, & title companies regarding how smooth the deal goes. Jason handled our closing on August 31, 2017. We were on the road to our new home in Florida while the closing was going on and it went off without a hitch. When the buyer was trying to obtain early access to the home a day before the closing, Jason was able to get him to stop pressuring my husband for access that he was not entitled to.
