I watched Evangeline take a very tough situation where mangement was having great difficulty to motivate their team. Between the mind set and multiple excuses offerred by sales people, Ms. Caridas was able to respectfully but firmly move staff to re-establishing belief in themselves with results. She especially works to create a proactive environment where office workers sustain long after she leaves. The next day after 2 day workshop, sales hit the road running with everyone on the same page.
