From walking through the door to after delivery follow up, Kolo was flawless. The selection on the floor gave us a great visual of choices. The process was relaxing and efficient. With delivery, it was white glove service and exactly what we imagined.

We are recent customers at Kolo Collections, and are very satisfied with the store, the service, and the furniture we bought from them. The store on Howell Mill is very spacious, well lit, and inviting. Michelle went the extra mile to research our questions and provide solutions. She helped us pick out the style, color and fabric of the furniture that we now love. If it was not for her great help, we'd probably still be looking for furniture. When a custom ottoman did not match the order specifications, Michelle immediately took steps to get an ottoman that did match our order. Overall a very positive

Just bought all new outdoor furniture for our deck and pool and were thrilled with Michelle and Kolo! Michelle worked closely with us, even visiting our home, to determine what pieces and sizes we needed. She listened to our lifestyle and needs and made great recommendations. Everything came in on time and delivery was easy. Kolo has a great selection but even if you don’t see what you’re looking for there, they have access to so much more. We even had our table custom made to fit a specific size. Can’t say enough good things about Michele and our experience. Check it out for sure!
