This was a great place to purchase recreational products. But they no longer have a storefront. They are also not your local Cal Spas dealership anymore. The exclusive Cal Spa dealer is now Tucson Hot Tubs. Go to calspas.com go to the dealer locator for contact information and directions to the show. We bought our Cal Spa from Sequoia in June 2018 after extensive research both in Tucson and some internet sources. After my research. I would NEVER buy a product like this online. These products are very difficult and expensive to return if not happy. And having good local support is extremely important.
Donald is very knowledgeable on these products and features, low pressure but always available and friendly to answer any questions we had. Their price was very fair and the reviews of Cal Spas were among the best. I didn't go by the "quantity" of the jets, led lights, seating

Rude older gentleman. What I assume is his supervisormade, him go greet us.we are looking for a specific pool table he said yup they exist and then walked away. We said thank you as we were leaving knowing we were not going to get help and his response was "yup". Looking for a pool table and spa paying cash. Guess they don't want our business. Would not recommend.

I went here once and never returned. The service was just bad and not helpful-- the guy didn't seem to understand how to actually help customers. Instead of telling me how to do something he just kept telling me I wasn't doing something. No kidding-- that's why I was asking him questions to figure out how to do something correctly... to which he just kept telling me I wasn't doing it.
