This is a reputable and upfront business. They provided the utmost professionalism when installing our new AC units. Mr. Ancliffe was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the AC units and took the time to explain to us every options we have down to the best product to choose for our home and needs. I can't say enough about Eric & Florida Cooling Store. They replaced my AC last summer and sold me a system perfect for my house size. He didn't try to sell me more than what was needed (as others had), he was very professional, looked at the job and I had an emailed estimate before he even left the property. Most companies want their money when the work is complete but he worked with me and I was able to pay about a week after the install. His concern was that I get a working unit in my home, since it was August in Florida! Eric was in my attic pulling out the old unit & prepping for his employee

Eric and his team did an awesome job. The install was an attic install and the team left the house cleaner than before they came. Eric and his guys are kind and trustworthy. Not only is this team very good at what they do but also the pricing was the best. I am thankful to have found, met and utilized Florida Cooling.
