Air Pro Heating and Electric was highly referred to me by a family friend who had recently used their services. AirPro Heating and Air was very professional from beginning to end. The technician arrived on time and did the work in a timely manner. He was able to answer my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with the new unit before he left. He also ensured that my yard was completely cleaned of all packaging material. Javier Ortiz did an awesome job!

Glad I called Pro Air for a 2nd opinion. Not only did they have better pricing but they provided options on repairs and gave me choices on different heat pumps to choose from breaking down warranty, quality, and durability of each. Very perfessional and install of new unit took close to 5 hours. Very Pleased with service and highly recommend them

This is a very fair and thorough HVAC company. Although it took 2 visits for repair, beginning with a simple spring check up, they got my ten year old unit fixed. There were micro-tears in my coils and bi-flow valve letting Freon leak very slowly until empty every month from March 2021-July 2021. It was really frustrating. But, my tech & the appointment manager, worked with us to get our unit running like new. It’s practically rebuilt and for a reasonable price. I’m very happy!! Would use them over and over or any air condition/HVAC repairs or installation!

So thankful to these guys and their amazing service! We have been using this company for years and the level of service we have received has always been amazing. Used them for everything from HVAC repair and install to panel upgrades. We would give 6 stars if we could.

Nick, our technician, was professional and thorough. He came to provide us an estimate for a new system. In addition, we asked him to troubleshoot the heating system. Nick was gracious and had the heat up and running in no time. We got our estimate, and as an added extra, Nick made sure the heat was working. Air Pro was recommended to us and we will use them exclusively in the future.

Have been using this company for about a year. They have had great continuity and commitment to the comfort inside my 65 year old house. No problem too large no complaint too small. Service techs are always on time show company insignia and use professional customer service. Will call them again, for my semi-annual service!

Our unit was on it's last leg and we knew it was time to replace and not continue with repairs. We called Air Pro and Javier was out the very next day. He came out and took a look at our unit and got together our quotes. His prices were very competitive and extremely reasonable and his customer service was excellent. He explained everything and answered all our questions with no hesitation. His company communicated with us throughout the entire process so we knew exactly what was going on every step. The work was done quickly and efficiently and Adrian was more than willing to answer any of my questions and share his knowledge of HVAC with me which I really appreciated, he was also extremely kind to my son who was very interested in everything he was doing. This is a company filled with extremely hard working associates who pride themselves in doing great work you can trust. They want to make sure their customers are extremely satisfied. Their work ethic with honesty and integrity and great customer service which is truly hard to find is extremely commendable! Javi came out and checked my ac after we had another guy tell us compressor was bad. He got us up and running in less than 30 minutes! Compressor just had a loose wire and capacitor was bad! He’s got my business now to include my two other houses I have! I couldn’t thank you more for the help!!

The two gentlemen who came out today to replace our unit were so good. Super polite, explained things, made space if needed,(We tried to stay out of their way the best we could), they had to cut the trim off part of the ceiling opening and you can barely tell once they’re put it back. I seriously don’t have enough nice things to say about them. The companies price was excellent, which is always a factor but having someone in your home all day that is trustworthy? You can’t put a price on that.

Great service. We had a rooftop hvac unit stop working. It was pouring rain out all week, as soon as it stopped they called and were out in about an hour to get it the unit fixed. Love their text notification system that texts to confirm their appointments and then sends an update when the tech is en route to you. Very friend staff compared to other companies in Fayetteville. Highly recommend for your home or your business.

I would completely recommend Pro Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone needing air conditioning work. Did a good job with my maintenance service. The price is reasonable as well. I would use them again.
