I'm getting older and don't need to get on a ladder, even for a one-story house. The people who cleaned the gutters, were quick, polite and thorough. They even cleared some leaves that had settled on the roof.

I called Ned Stevens to schedule a gutter cleaning. Their team arrived two days later and did an excellent job ensuring they cleaned away all leaf litter from our gutters and left no debris on the ground. They were very responsive to my request and came out the to clean my gutters within the week that I called. After they serviced my gutters, they explained in detail any issues they found and helped with providing solutions. Their customer service is excellent.

It was easy to schedule and they came within days of my request. Gutters were cleaned and debris was removed in a short period of time.

The servicemen knocked on my door on two separate dates to announce they were here to clean the gutters one time and to clean the outside dryer vent another time. Each of the two services was about one month apart. The men were thorough and professional. I was pleased with their work.

Was moving out of a rental and needed to have the gutters cleaned before leaving. I got several quotes from at least five different vendors and decided to go with Ned Stevens. There quote seem to be the most reasonable one. The process was Quick N Easy. Due to inclement weather they were unable to give me a specific date. However, they did say that when they came out to clean and fix the gutters they would leave a door tag to let me know the work had been completed and they did.

Once the work was completed they left a door tag and forwarded me a report as well as the invoice. I was able to pay online and had a report to forward to the property management company regarding their findings. Was appreciative and happy with the whole process, especially with everything going on during this pandemic. Would say yes when considering this company.
