SCI recently replaced our roof, and we could not be happier with the experience and end result. We worked with Josh, who stayed on top of communication as we went through the process. As we ran into roadblocks along the way, he presented all of our options while offering honest suggestions. We have an older house, and he and the SCI team problem solved quickly when they ran into an unexpected issue with the decking. Josh always made himself available when we had questions, and we will definitely be calling him for future projects.

Had SCI install a new Roof on my house they handle it through my insurance company and once approved they did everything they told me they would do, very satisfied with the job the installers did, would recommend S.C.I. if you need a Roof Replacement. Rating 4.5 out of 5. We are very happy with the finished product. The Master Bath and Bedroom came out better than expected, even with finding several underlying issues with walls and subflooring. This was a large project that was added to several times. We added the downstairs Bath partial remodel which improved appearances significantly. The new railings in our house garage were redone for safety reasons and perform and look good.

The exterior repainting and one downspout rerouting also look good. The overall quality was very good and we would like to commend the tiler and painter for exceptional work. The rating reflects issues with the length of time taken to provide all the work. Some of it can be attributed to on the fly decisions and Covid caused material issues, but replacement of the cabinet man and other SCI contracted work did lead to some delays. We would use SCI again for more home improvements which is the highest praise we can give.

Scott Jones did an excellent job of dealing with the insurance company to replace my roof. The work was done in a day and the property cleaned up after. Would highly recommend Scott and SCI for your roof replacement.

He personally conducted my inspection, helped submit my USAA insurance claim and facilitated my New Roof Installation with a 50 year transferable warranty! We had a really great experience with SCI. Everything was done quickly and they were so patient with us when we had to wait for our mortgage company to sign off on the insurance checks. It was a huge relief to have them deal with our insurance company and help them decide there was damage that needed to be attended to. Very thankful for this easy process with Josh

Petey was a great salesman, and he was onsite throughout the day to support the installation. Installation crew did a great job on cleanup after job was completed, left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived! Petey followed up with installation crew on a couple minor details. SCI did a great job on our roof and gutters. Top notch service from top to bottom. Every one was very professional. These guys did an amazing job in a short amount of time with no indications they were ever there. I would recommend them to anyone.
