Everyone I've encountered at Rhymes over several services has been friendly & professional. Some of the names are Darren, multiple Steve's, Mike, & Ron (but I'm sure I'm forgetting at least a couple). They are responsive to messages, communicate well and are punctual with appointments. Services: Ventilated ceiling repairs, Install AC, Install thermostat, Cleaning, HVAC system maintenance

I wanted to get quotes for replacing my furnace and air conditioning units as they are 19 yrs old. I thought I should get my "ducks in a row" before I had an issue as I was told last summer I wouldn't be able to get my freon any longer. This place is great! Steve arrived on time, was professional and sent me my bids (4 to be exact) before the day was over!

Aaron was amazing. So helpful and explained everything so well. Not only what he was doing but tips to help in the future and save us money. We've used Rhymes before and they never disappoint! Great experience. While we hope we don't need then anytime soon (haha) if we do we'll be calling them with no hesitation. Highly recommended.

WOW, These guys are great! In spite of a rare and sudden heat wave in St Louis. These guys showed up within 48 hours on the date and time promised. Tom went right to work, diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner, fixed it with the parts he had in his truck, and had us running again within the hour. Today's visit was to check on an issue I suspected. Turns out I was wrong! All was just fine! Frank checked the furnace out, and took time to teach me what was happening. As usual, Rhymes service is the best! I'm a long-term customer. Rhymes has taken care of our HVAC needs for over 15 years. This visit was to explore options for a new HVAC System. As always, I was treated courteously and professionally. 11/'21 Update: Installed a new HVAC Sytem. Dave and Antonio did a great job!

Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. Frank, our service person, called before his arrival, came in the amount of time he said he would, asked us if we had any questions after reporting his findings to us and was very nice. We have used Rhymes for 2-3 years and have always been pleased.

I can't say enough good things about this company and their employees! David and Antonio were right on time. They worked around my dogs and mess and didn't complain one bit. They were so professional, kind and even blessed me when I sneezed. They made sure my Wifi thermostat was connected correctly to my phone and home before they left. I won't go anywhere else from now on. I felt like I could completely trust them and they were fair with the price! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

My AC stopped working a few days ago and Rhymes is the third AC repair company I hired. The first company didn't have the part, the second company wants us to change the zoning system. Neither of them took the time to look at both the outside unit and the inside panel. Steve from Rhymes showed up on time, he took the time trouble shooting my zoning panel and checked each part of the system.

He is very diligent and paid attention to details. He changed a part and made the system working again. We didn't have to change the whole thing. He is honest and experienced. I would hire him again.

They were both very friendly. I got a call before they came and the gentleman who did come was very thorough and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Rhymes Heating and Cooling!

I have been with Rhymes for over 17 years and they have always been very reliable and friendly. Darren was great in scheduling our service call when our AC unit was not working and his follow up in getting the part to our house so Adam could install it was above and beyond! Adam was very professional, friendly and courteous when he was out to repair our AC unit. Adam also stayed to do our clean and check after fixing our AC freeing up my Monday afternoon when it was originally scheduled. My thanks to all! Awesome Customer Service!
