Jax Nurses Buy Houses helped me through a very complicated sale. During COVID we were on lockdown and unable to sell our property given challenges of the pandemic. My brother and I inherited a property from my mother when she passed away but ultimately we decided to sell. despite COVID My brother lives in an assisted living facility and no one was able to visit to obtain signatures from my brother.

This was the first time I ever went through this process of selling my home without a realtor. Straight up, Sunny was very personable, friendly, and honest. I don't know anything about buying or selling houses so I was nervous as I inherited a property when my Mom passed away. Again I was nervous about everything but it went exactly like Sunny said it would. His communication was excellent through the entire process and he even helped me find an attorney to complete probate. So yeah, I would recommend them. They stuck to their offer, excellent communication, friendly, personable and the money was on the spot.
