I called Pelican Pest Control after reading a lot of reviews. I was impressed but nervous all at the same time. I don't live in the same city as my mother but I was looking for a Exterminating company that would be knowledgeable about their services and patient enough to explain everything to my mother upon arrival. To make a long story short my mother was so pleased with Fred.
He answered all her questions and thoroughly treated inside and outside. If anyone is hesitant with this company, I hope this helps because I would definitely recommend this company.

Being in the website design and digital marketing world myself, when I found Pelican Pest, I googled them and then I read their reviews. I am impressed at their professionalism and thoroughness most of all. The guy who services my house did a detail job on the interior AS WELL AS the exterior. I am on a quarterly contract and only pay $99 for roach/rodent service. VERY FAIR PRICE for the quality of service received.
I am also impressed with the technology they use to make this as seamless as well as contact-less as possible. As a new homeowner, I can't rave enough about these guys. Being in Louisiana, every homeowner knows that cockroaches show no mercy and being out in the country, I expected mice. What I didn't expect on my new home purchase, were other things, like, oh.termites - sign of them perhaps being on my property.
I called Pelican after-hours and received a call back from the Owner himself! We then texted, back and forth, about my concerns. He addressed them all and because I am on a budget, worked with me on a fair price. My new home has been.well, it's like Pandora's Box over here. A gorgeous but ever-so-expensive growing list of necessary repairs. The Owner has been wonderful and they make me feel that not only do they care about my business as a customer, but my home overall.
I don't worry about cockroaches, rodents and now termites. I know without a doubt that Pelican Pest has the house covered. I HIGHLY recommend them to every homeowner and heck, every renter that lives in Louisiana!

The first visit I saw immediate results! Those bugs were laid out everywhere! LOL I used to hate going in my own kitchen! But Pelican Pest Control got us bug free and me back in the kitchen!
